Release MQ2Ice

Redbot submitted a new resource:

MQ2Ice - Helper for moving around ToFS Ice

This is working fairly well for me. It is the best 'easy' solution I could come up with out major changes to MoveUtils and Nav.

How it works :

#1 - When you are in first floor of ToFS near the ice the plugin forces you to walk
#2 - When you are on ice and 'Skidding' the plugin will
------ Pause Stick/Nav
------ Use forward/back/strife keys to halt motion
------ Unpause Stick/Nav when you have stopped 'Skidding'
#3 - When you exit the ice area it will turn on anything its turned off...

Added user defined areas if anyone wants to setup walking in other zones / areas.

Spoke to Dewey, they said mq2ice doesn't use or require mq2melee

Mine does that as well but the "Couldn't parse......" changes from character to character. It seems random what it is.

Will no longer do mq2ice stuff if your character is levitating. -- this is especially useful for zones where you can levitate over ice.
