Druid group HP/Mana Regen buffs are usually available when you reach max character level in an expansion (Emberquartz Blessing at 125, Lucinite Blessing at 120, Opaline Blessing at 115, etc.) but it looks like for SOR, the Druid group HP/Mana Regen is now available at level 127 called Grovewood Blessing.

MQ2Druid is casting the level 125 group Emberquartz Blessing but my druid is level 130 and does have the level 127 group Grovewood Blessing.

I run MQ2Druid "out of the box" not running BYOS ... am I missing something?
 
i cant get mq2ddru window to show i tried shutting my co,puter down tried /plugin mq2druid toggle that loads it and unloads it but no window this just started

there's nothing fancy to getting the window to show.

if you're running conflicting overlay software no imgui windows will show - this is usually a problem for folks

things like nahimic, overwolf, afterburner, discord overlay, xbox overlay are some known overlays that potentially have conflicts with imgui which mq uses for the various overlays.

if you can't do a /mqconsole show or /mqoverlayyou can try doing a /mqoverlay resume in case you had some script that crashed the overlay system and just needed to restart it if you get a red error message that a crash occurred afterwards, you'd want to start checking all potential overlay software, and then if you don't have any, you'd want to start unloading imgui related scripts to see if you can narrow it down.

if when you do those aforementioned commands those windows do show up - which means that imgui overlay system is funtioning - you could do a /mqoverlay reloadto reload your overlay settings entirely, in case you have it off screen or docked or minimized in a way you can't find it

it is *possible* it is mq2druid, but i don't know of any crashes with it at the moment

1/24/2026

- If you have PromHealMA set to 100 (and only set to 100), we will now cast it when mobs are on xtarget
-- if your ma is at 100 health and does not have the buff.
-- this allows it to get in a promised healing, when the MA doesn't otherwise need healing, without interrupting normal healing.
--- if you don't want to do this, don't set prom healing to 100
-- looking at you burd "but i don't like this thing that im not forced to use" sjm

Lvl 55 charm spell "Tunare's Request" is auto-memmed by mq2druid over call of karana. This is a meme spell that only charms up to level 35 mobs but leaves them mem blurred. Suggested change, ignore Tunare's Request in the list of charm spells to be auto-memmed.

I dunno if I'd call it a meme spell, it's super long duration (2 hours 45 mins) and if I remember correctly it doesn't allow for early charm breaks (this might have been changed post-Kunark), but its usability is definitely meme-worthy. It's really just a proto-Dire Charm and they pretty much immediately followed it up with actual memery in the form of Nature Walker's Behest in Velious - given that that summons a pet that is also hilariously low level.
 
Howdy again @Sic Noticed something with my druid now a few times.

if hes invis, and i swap modes, he doesnt change his spell lineup.

Changing Spells memmed wont break invis & I need my Former DPS lineup to now be my new heal lineup!

it is "loadout" that spell changes not modes - but correct. if you are invis without a camp set, we don't do things like memorizing new spells or buffing - Yes we know that memorizing new spells don't break invis, but it would sure be annoying if your druid decided to stop while you were trying to invis somewhere to memorize spells, so no, we do not plan on changing that.
 
Hey guys, one thing I’ve noticed is that at lower levels the Druid burns all their mana on the 2 minute DS. I’m running a 5 man with a tank merc so it’s not really a problem that they aren’t healing but the Druid is forever on keeping that spell active. Current level is 15.

I’m sure it’s something you can turn off but I haven’t messed with the settings that come default with it yet

yep, you use mana to cast the things.

I'm guessing you're talking about "Shield of Thistles" lvl 7 DS, which is 40 mana?

if you dont want to use DS, you can turn off with /dru useds off don't forget that fizzling can end up eating up all your mana until your skills dont suck

Yea it’s less the fizzling and more then refresh if the 2 minute DS across the crew. Just making sure this was intended behavior with that particular spell

yep

the "2 minute" goes to 15 minutes as you increase in level (for that individual spell) but the spell line goes up to over an hour (plus duration extension).

so yep, that's what you got at that level, and if you have DS turned on, we intend to try and keep everyone DS'd later on you get a group version so just one cast (and a base of 15m duration)

you can either a: turn off UseDS if you dont want to use Damage Shields or b: you can block it on anyone you don't want it casted on --- like if you wanted it just on your tank or just your enchanter or something, you could block on everyone else (and pets)

Is your tank local on your computer, tank assinged as group main assist, running cwtnbuffs? Do you have the option turned on, and does it stack, and not in byos?
 
Local comp, tanked assigned as group MA, unsure about cwtnbuffs? perhaps thats the issue? i ran the plug in, option is turned on, it does stack, running war as MA, not sure what byos stands for? ty for input

if this is the first time you turned on a cwtn plugin, it isn't going to load the cwtnbuffs plugin for the other toons until the next time they log on. /dg all /plugin cwtnbuffs
eq does have a problem with group roles sometimes, might be worth disbanding and reforming your group

byos is "bring your own spells and handle your own buffs" meaning you'd handle memorizing and casting your own buffs

Q. Why does my druid not buff the group?
A. You will need to run /plugin mq2cwtnbuffs load on all of your characters that you would like mq2druid to buff. You also need to NOT be in /dru byos on mode. As "Bring Your Own Spells" assumes you want to handle your spells and your buffs. MQ2CWTNBuffs requires characters to be local characters (same PC, not across network or space/time).

Coming back to a similar issue, cant seem to get the druid to now reptile my main tank (S) while in a raid, even in raidmode, and MA set.

We only cast reptile if "UseReptile" is on
We only cast reptile on your group MA (not raid ma unless that is also your group ma), raidmode has no bearing on it.
We only cast buffs on characters that are "local" meaning same pc / same mq install
we only cast on characters that mq/eq report the buff stacks with
we only cast on characters that don't have the buff we're trying to cast on them blocked in their blocked buffs

there's nothing more to it there
