MQ2Cleric

Plugin - MQ2Cleric 3.1.52471.11

each resource comes with a FAQ, with full list of commands, the interface in game has the same FAQ and commands, and the videos explain it well, specificallly the video about moving your team.
I think I am still missing something or else I would not be asking for someone to tell me to look at the commands included with each resource. From the way I am understanding it, I am am seeing commands like:

/clr CampRadius ## - Sets the campradius to the value provided. If no value is provided it outputs the current value.
/clr DisablePullAbility true/false/on/off/0/1 - allows you to disable the assigned pull ability
/clr Radius ## - This is your pull radius
/clr zRadius ## - This is your vertical pull radius
/clr zHigh ## - This is your vertical pull radius above you
/clr zLow ## - This is your vertical pull radius below you

but I dont have a full team of clerics. So if I want to /bcaa //xxx campradius 20 where xx is /clr, /shd, /pal, etc, how do I get a unified command to make them ALL do the same thing?

Like I am at a point where they all set camp, but they follow me, how do I get them all at the same time with one command to change to a new camp?

I have been reading, I have been watching the videos, but nothying is really addressing how to control them all as a group considering they all have a diiferent /sht /clr etc command. Where is it you are seeing these instructions in the vidoes attached to this post?

Not quitre sure how telling me to look at what I have looked at already and not been able to figure out is helpfull. Last time I will spend any mondey for a thing you put out if this is what the support is like.

I get that the $120 I spent on this may not be a big thing to you, but I would at least expect a better answer than read the faq (That I have already read) and Watch the video (That I have already watched). How hard would it be to just answer, oh, you are asking how to do /xxx on all classes, well, jsut type "/xxx dothis action" in.

And yeah, i am probably missing something obvious, but you could at lease point that out.

definitely will think twice before dropping $100+ on any of this again.

So, is there a guide somewhere that explains how to use these things together? I just bought 6 classes and spent 120 dollars. They all seem to run, and follow and stuff, but then they all run back to their camp spot. I have been searching, and trying to find a /bcaa //make new camp or something, but can't find a list of commands. I want them all to follow me to a new spot, and set up a new camp area. Some of these videos and guides seem outdated.
What Kaen said - if you look at Sic's profile he's got a number of links to videos and FAQs. Start with the "getting started" link and his movement video. He also has a wealth of resources for helpful hotkeys and such. You'll be pointed in the right direction on basically everything by going through the links from his signature / bio / whatever you want to call it.

Edit: You posted right as I was replying but specific to your question on a broadcast command - from SIC's Hotkey Post

"/cwtn" is the alias we create for the 'ChatWithThisName' (the original creator) class plugins, "cwtn" is an abbreviation of chat's name, the alias makes it easier to broadcast commands.

the intent here with the "a" or "r" is as such
/cwtn - this is group not including yourself
/cwtna - this is group including yourself
/cwtnr - this is raid/everyone not including yourself
/cwtnra - this is raid/everyone including yourself
/cwtnz - this is for zone not including yourself
/cwtnza - this is for zone including yourself

A bit more helpful, but as I said, I have watched video after video, and I ahve read fags on the mq2cler, mq2enchanger, eskayt etc......I guess what I am not understanding, if I cannot find the answer so far after several hours and even googling it, why is it so hard for someone that knows how to do it to just answer the question? I am all for self help, and my fiorst step is google, and then dive into pages/faqs and videos. All I am asking, in my original post is, Why when I move everyoine with the follow button, and I click the follow off button, they all run back to their original cap spot. since I ahve looked and not found it, I guess I guess I dont understand why it is so hard for someone to jsut say, Oh, type This to set a new camp, or type this to move your camp. And it is so much more difficult than just typing a command to all the other toons, and it seems like everyone else is an expert on what is in all the videos, why can nobody just say, watch this video, as opposed to saying oh, hey, you ahve to watch the videos at all these links till you find what you want.

I have figured out, I can do /shd mode 0, and then /shd move 5 to reset my maintank camp and pulling, but back to my original question, how to I send this /xxx mode 0 to all the other toons. If I do a /bcaa //shd mode s0 none of them will be able to, since they are not shd, but I dont want to have to type this out 5 times, (Once for each /class)

I think I am getting it now, but it does not make sense. If I have a team of 6, I ahve to do a /bcaa /shd mode 0 and a /clr mode 0 and a /enc mode 0, so I have to actually put the class in the command of each, it seems like it would make more sense, that if I send a /shd, mode 0 then ANY/ALL shadowknights would pick that up and process it, but any cleric woulkd ignore it, and if I did a /cllt mode 0, all the clerics would do it, and the shd ignore it, but there should be a /gen (for like generice) and it would not matter the class, if you sent a /gen mode 0, ALL other toons getting that would set mode to 0, and not have to use a /(each class). So I think I am getting confused that there are not any generic commands that apply to all. At least taht is what I seem to be figuring out. They forgot the general do this on "everyone" command.

I still have not figure out the command for /shd, /clr /cwhatever make new camp here, but I guess I can keep watching video after video and eventually one of them will have the answer.

If you look at sic's hotkeys guide, there are some aliases that are automatically created that simplify the process. Instead of the /war mode 0, you do /cwtna mode 0, and it will send the appropriate command to all the toons in your current group. You canm also do a /cwtnza mode 0 to send that command to all the toons in the zone. I may have the actual commands mixed up, but it is something like that.

Hey bro,
I get it, you paid for things, so you may feel entitled to being spoonfed... but the people who tried to help you are your fellow community members. This is disparaging to them and they don't deserve it.

I realize there is a lot to take in, and some of this information may be downright confusing, and that can be frustrating when you want to play... but your bros on RG aren't the ones that should be the aim of that frustration.

This is a community, not Vira's direct thread between him and the people that sold him a product.

Welcome to RG.

THANK YOU! See, THIS, This is all someone had to say. Totally answers the question and makes it clear and understandable.
Don't be a stick in the mud.

The sticky has a suggested order and exactly what you're asking for. "How I move my toons" is one of the first things you should watch, which goes over several of the hotkeys and how to use them. And if you've read anything I've ever posted you would know how much I stress my hotkey guide and being able to manage your toons.

Saying you checked Google is insane.

I'm sorry you're having a bad time, but you might want to have a glass of water and take a deep breath.

That sticky will be a point of importance for you. Check it out, and then come back to it as you gain context and more questions.

If you find something unclear or missing from that sticky, let me know.

Not quitre sure how telling me to look at what I have looked at already and not been able to figure out is helpfull. Last time I will spend any mondey for a thing you put out if this is what the support is like.
It is probably best if you just send @ChatWithThisName and myself a pm with the transaction info for the things you purchased and we'll refund you. We have a 30 day "no hard feelings / questions asked" refund.

Anyone who is not CWTN or myself is helping you because they're friendly members of the community.

@Niz @kaen01 @Nightmare327 @Algar thank you for your help, I'm sorry it was met with such grumpiness.

"what the support is like" lol - dude folks were helping you at 4am. these days I'm actually able to sleep during the night so i'm not up/around basically 24/7, but wild.

Your attitude, entitlement, and hostility aren't appreciated or welcome. The community that we build here at RG is far more than some transactional "i paid you $20 so dance"

nope, just use the /cwtn or /cwtna commands

/cwtn mode 2 - this sets all your "other" toons to mode 2, so they chase your group assigned main assist.
/shd mode 0 - this sets your shd in manual mode so you can move around

then move to where you want to set a camp

/cwtn mode 1 - this sets all your "other" toons to mode 1, assist mode, which sets a camp where they are.
/shd mode 5 - this is pullertank, your shd will start pulling based on the pull settings you have (ensure you check/understand zhigh/zlow, which is defaulted to a low amount)
now you're toons are in a camp, and your shd is pulling back to that camp

I personally prefer

/cwtn mode 2 - this sets all your "other" toons to mode 2, so they chase your group assigned main assist.
/shd mode 8 - this sets my shd into "hunter tank" mode, and will roam around the requested area and will fight things where they stand
since everyone else is in mode 2, your group sticks with you

There is no make camp or remove camp option. Camps are based on your mode.
If you want to set a camp you can go into assist mode.
If you want to follow the MA you go into chase mode.
If you want to use the follow key in the group window you should change to manual mode, and then after you've arrived at your destination and turn off the follow in the group window then set your modes back the way you want. To be clear, the follow/unfollow in the group window isn't part of the CWTN Plugins. It's external to the plugins and so the plugin doesn't know you're doing it.
Sic posted the sticky
Please see >>> Getting Started with CWTN plugins! (Movement, UI Window, Clickies, Pulling, ETC) Check Here First! <<< :) which is one of the first posts in the CWTN Plugins section of the forums. It's a lot of information and we've gone to great lengths to document as many things as possible to try and assist you on your journey. The link has a list of things including movement.

Unfortunately google isn't really a reliable resource when searching for information about things on redguides generally speaking. We often lean on our fellow members to get information when there is an area you're unsure of, please do not get upset with them as they're trying to help you the best way they know how. Hopefully the sticky link and this information will assist you. The plugins are a lot of information, as is any of the automation at redguides. In order to be proficient in their use you'll need to look at the information that's been made available. If users had to type out a personalized response every time someone asked a question we'd not have any time to play EQ.

I use this plug-in on raids and two problems are currently cropping up which I hope have a quick fix

1) for whatever reason, rezzes fail. Rather than move on to the next corpse, the plug-in tries to rez the same corpse over and over and over again. Is there any way to make this thing recognizes failure and move on to the next corpse?

2) in rezzing players, the first thing it does is summon the corpse to be right next to the cleric. Occasionally I get an error that says that I do not have consent to drag the corpse. Again it gets caught in a loop of trying and failing and not timing out or quitting. Is there any way to make it ignore this problem?

1. No. Turn off rezzing if folks aren't going to accept them. Or have your cleric /hidecorpse if eq is bugged (and make sure you big report eq crap game). If there's a corpse, we're gonna Rez it.

2. Consent is on by default. Which means folks turned it off. And no way to turn it off. We want to move toons to us before we tez them, so they're not rezzed in some off mesh or mobs etc.

If the other folks in your raid are going to not allow the automation to do its job, you should turn off rezzing

Is there a way that we can set this to ignore rezzing a corpse. On raid we have 1 person that refuses to take a rez during the fight because he fells that coming back with no mana is just another certain death.... So this just keeps trying to rez over and over.

I just want to be able to ignore his corpse until the fight ends.

when they take a dirt nap /hidecorpse all on the cleric (or all bot char really), they will all act like it isnt there..

I was hoping for a command that we could just ignore the one corpse. This guy is the only person on the raid that refuses to accept rez. I need to be able to see other corpses to rez.

No there isn't.

That dude should be removed from the raid if he's messing your raid up by not accepting rezzes

He got mad at us and left the raid and logged off. We were pointing it out to him and why he needs to be taking rezzes. Just made him mad. Oh well...

I tend to have to go in and turn off and on rezzing once I get a tell form a character saying they are already back and dont need a rez. I may try the hiding corpses trick to see if it helps the next time it happens.

After trying to rez multiple times and he didnt accept, I just hid corpses and said in raid that I hid his corpse and someone else would have to rez him. I may be a jerk for doing that, but it gets very annoying when they are purposely not taking rezzes, not because they are already back, but because they dont want to die again.

Hi 👋 😊

I’ve been playing Eq since 1999, using Mq2 - Macroquest for as long as I can remember. 2 years ago I was introduced to Redguides and loved how easy, user friendly it was to use and the community is amazing and very helpful. Last week I was introduced to Mq2Cleric……. What a game changer, I loved it so much I bought several other class plugins. I don’t have to spend time editing files anymore, I play up to 10 toons at times. The plugin uses your highest spells and even tells you what spells you are missing. Easy to add clickies to be automatically and with a click of a button you can quickly make adjustments also. You can set Assist, Puller, PullerTank, Tank , Chase etc…. That instant click pause / play button is awesome. It’s almost like having the perfect Mercs that you have control over. I wish I would have none about this sooner. The $20 is for a class specific 1 year Plugin sub and totally worth it. Highly recommend playing with it.Hope in the near future they offer some kind of 1 day free trails.

Thank you 🙏

They do have trials for free, you can use your copied guys on Test server and use all the plugins there to try out free. Chat and Sic put together some very solid products there. I can't recall if Cleric or Enchanter was my first..but in any case the other came soon after and I loved them. Not sure if you are just back, if so, welcome back !

As mentioned, you can use all the class plugins free on the test server. Simple log all your toons in to live and testcopy.
Then install mq for the test server (into it's own directory) and log into the test server. Then load all the class plugins. Now you can test the plugins on your entire group without spending anything extra.

running into a small issue when cleric is buffing runs out of mana, sit to med tries to cast next buff before it has required mana. (lvl 46 cleric)

Unfortunately this can happen to players as well, sometimes your mana shows you a value that isn't true when you go to cast a spell, i dunno if that is server side validation or what.

If eq tells us we have enough mana we believe then.

you could also be fizzling

What spell is it. (not that we handle it any differently than any other spell)

buffs gaurd of vie and temperance is the ones i noticed it on. your explanation makes sense though, in the chat window it states not enough mana to cast spell, generally have to force sit a few times till med gets enough mana then will cast it

It could also be the weirdness that happens when you have mana cost reducing effects. The client still checks that you have the full mana value to start the cast and only reduces the mana cost on the back end when the cast completes. But yeah, EQ says you can do it but then EQ doesn't let you do it, because reasons.

hello, I wanted to ask under what circumstances the plugin is making a determination to use a group heal? I find my plugin almost never heals the groups even if large aoe damage is happening. I don't have BYOS checked, both aoe heals are memmed (cure all unchecked). Would it be based off "HealsHeals?"

No, they're hard coded and not adjustable. They fire when they're intended to - and are before many heal checks, but after some "oh shit things are bad" individual checks.

yea, i noticed that the new spell gem #14 never seems to be used but I figured I might have missed it. I do know that if i clear it, there is never a spell populated for that gem.
Cheers, Tshadow
I just put my group buff in there ^) yep missed the earlier post from Sic on it.

We don't currently populate it. Lots of posts of me talking about it

My cleric wont cast Aura of Loyalty rk.2 on my group. He was spamming it when I got it and had to unblock rk1 after memed rk2. Unblocked rank1 and blocked it in everyone. Then blocked rk2 in my melee but now he wont cast it. Any Idea why?

to use GroupHand line you need usehand turned on and it needs to be higher level than your hand spell AND you need to be lower than level 91 (because the stops doing stuff past that level, and you end up getting it in your aego/groupaego lines)

I'm not sure i'm understanding the blocking/unblocking portion, but sounds like
