My cleric is non stop trying to heal the chanters charmed pet. Is this a new problem? It never happened before. Sorry to bug... but the puller won't pull because she is oom...

Well. If your pet is under the value it would heal at, it is going to keep trying to heal it until it isn't.

Sounds like a bugged pet.

We have not made any changes to healing, or pet healing
 
Can try to Manually click on pet from Ench and Clr screens and sometimes that will cause the UI to update and report correct numbers.
 
Whats the command to see what spells are used if memmed again? Aka, i just received the spell Desperate Renewal, and if it isnt' used by cwtn plugin, then i won't do the quest on the other clerics. It isn't auto memmed, so not sure if i am missing a tick somewhere, or it simply isn't used in any settings in the plugin.

Unload and reload the plugin.
 
I unmemmed every spell, unloaded plugin, re-loaded plugin, and this is what was auto memmed. Lvl 70 cleric, DoDH expansion

You: how do I know what is used
Me: unload and reload the plugin. It will say what spells it uses.

it also spits out spells you are missing that the plugin knows how to use and say you are missing it - so if it says you are missing something, it is something the plugin knows how to use

I didn't say it would memorize it.

we dont memorize it, but we do use it. so you would byos or byos custom to use it.
 
Gotcha, sorry i misunderstood. So it uses it, just doesn't mem it automatically, thanks. I'm not even sure i want to use it, just curious
 
My cleric keeps spamming using item fellowship, I thought maybe its because I had docampfire on but as you can see in the pic, I turned it off, my other Chat plugins are not doing this only MQ2Cleric. I just rebooted my comp and it still spams it, any ideas?

We don't use the insignia, which means you added it to a clicky, which you shouldn't have done.
 
Hi Sic et alll, since yesterday's patch mq2clr is buffing the pet until oom, unless in combat, then everything works fine. This is for a lvl 110 clr.

Anyone able to help me with why my cleric when i run this has twice looted his corpse on Riz and not rezzed himself? Not sure if there is a setting that I have missed. Have gone back to KA on cleric atm coz of that issue.

we don't loot corpses

if you are looting your corpse, it would go invis (but not disappear) afterwards if depending on your showcorpse settings. do a /showcorpse and adjust how you need/want. the only way to make your corpse actually go away is to either way for it to rot/disappear completely which takes a while or to target it and /decay corpse.

I suspect you're accidentally right clicking on it, or have a macro/react or something doing similar behavior.

but yeah infinity 1 trillion billion % we don't loot our corpse at all, or click on mob corpse, or basically any corpses at all
 
Can confirm, looting of corpses in general or our own exceed the scope of the plugin and as such it does not contain any logic that will attempt to loot any corpse.
 
Apologies Sic and CWTN - worked it out.. Who knew there was an AA that rezzed my cleric without casting or a rez period post rez. Apologies for wasting your time. Cleric ran up - corpse disappeared without spellcast. next time will check pluggin output before asking stupid questions on the forums!
 
is there a way that the Cleric will buff other group members that are not connected to DAN or EQBC... i mean just other players ;-P

We buff local players, no eqbc or Dannet required, but they have to be local characters on mq2cwtnbuffs - if you want to buff Xtarget members you turn on that option.

I searched and read every response that had to do with Complete Heal. For lower level characters it would be useful (mana effective) if CH could be cast at all. Now I see you said we can BYOS and reorder the spells so CH fires before Light Heal line.

I think the people who mentioned this were all wanting an ability to cast CH on just the MT instead of spamming Light Heal line at lower levels. I am not looking for a CH chain feature. To me the logical thing to do since you already have PromHealMA to just use that for CH line. Since Prom spells basically replaced CH in the cleric line up and that was the point.

I can set it like below at lower levels and the cleric will CH the MT to save mana, but still heal the group regularly. Currently my cleric just never uses CH because Light is always up and has a quick refresh timer. I have never seen CH be cast.

As a main cleric, my take on CH and its utility is -- it's a great way to save mana when you can babysit it, but I wouldn't want it to be a default option. CH is great if you can start the cast early and watch your tank's hp coast into the range at which it's most mana efficient. If your tank takes a huge spike then you can duck and cast a Remedy followed by a Light though and not have to worry about them dying before your CH lands. If the bot is casting CH by default when your puller accidentally brings 4 into camp and you get two mez resists and your tank is getting spiked, your group will die because CH went off at the top of the order. I was a good enough cleric that I could CH rot with myself with my Remedy hammer on cooldown and the Elixir line or Vie and basically always be full mana and was usually bored out of my fucking mind in the group game, but that's due to knowing the edge cases.
 
Very good take @Sashimie . Can we agree that CH should be in same line as Promised spells though? That way someone would have the option.
 
No, because Promised line casts in 0.25 seconds then frees you up to do other things? Promised line essentially replaces why people were playing the duck-dance with CH before.

Edit: Sorry, I think I see what you're saying. I dunno, I think they serve the same purpose (a mana-efficient, delayed, potentially massive hp heal), but their execution is entirely different. With Promised line you play a dance between the countdown timer and casting your own spells. If the timer is off, you only need one catch-up spell IE Remedy. With CH you have something already casting which you have to manually deal with interrupting, then usually casting a catch-up heal IE Remedy, then usually casting a bigger heal IE Light to actually deal with the healing deficit you have created by letting CH roll.
 
Oh boy, meaning before you have Promised spells people used CH spells. So if you only have CH it should use the same Casting preferences.

As MQ2Cleric is currently setup I cannot make CH fire at low levels. It always defaults to Light line unless I BYOS and reorder the gems.

yup, if you want a custom loadout you can byos or byos custom to do so.

if that is something that fits into what we're trying to accomplish, it is something that we would do - currently, that is not the case - will that change? could. should it change? - dunno, will have to look into it. when will it change? - no plans on that at this time, so sometime between (and including) never and infinity.
 
kill my posts not trying to stir anything ... it just miffs me thta peopel go sideways over it when there are settings ....that will make most of it do exactly what ya want and if you only want x spell use kiss assist and switch back and forth out of it .,. theres a ch macro i saw too if thats all ya want

all good (outside of the angery :p) we all love this game and we all have our own ways we like to play it and ways we think it should be --- many times those things are good suggestions, sometimes those good suggestions take some massaging or manipulating to get them to work as needed/wanted
