Are you getting output from /nuke settings? If not, you may have an alias from some other plugin or macro.
All commands are preceded by /nuke.
/nuke resume should start the plugin and you should get a response in the MQ2 window. If you don't, refer to my response above. Get rid of the alias and the plugin will work fine.
