I have been going a different route. ding 111 90% aa until cap repeating every level until 120.

by doing it now I'll be able to do the shei grind earlier for aa when RA also begins to lose the xp/aaxp ratio due to 115 caps. This group im saving ToL/NoS quests to springboard me to 125 assuming it increases in dec.

I will tell you from personal experience that neglecting AA's and focusing on levels makes a group of poop. My 115's could do so much more than my 120's who I rushed to level.

Many plugins are bundled into the VeryVanilla Redguides distribution. I do see this in the overview section above: "Included in Very Vanilla"

It isn't being downloaded with the launcher. The command to load:
/plugin mq2aaspend load

Results in an error that the plugin could not be found.

And when I checked the folder where the plugins are stored I am not seeing it. This was after I used the reinstall button on the launcher.

If you feel like getting a little crazy and taking a walk off the beaten path, download the VeryVanilla zip file for live servers and pull out just the .dll you need and take it for test spin... what's the worst that can happen?

There are no plugins to manage on the EMU build.
The only plugins that show up in the launcher itself are currently the premium paid for plugins.

There would be nothing that shows up additionally by watching the overview for a plugin

I tried to get MQ2AAspend to go into brute on mode, The MQ window says it was on but it isn't purchasing anything... All toons are maxed AA from the last expansion. Is anyone having a similar problem?

Did you do the save? And you aren't sitting at max AA banked? It spends when you get an AA I think. To get it to spend out of that just do an /aaspend brute now

Probably of no help at all, but if you can't buy AAs and you're level 120 but are trying to buy AAs from the news exp. you have to level to 121 first.

I am running 6 toons together and AASPEND works on 5 of them but my SK is not. They are all set up the same. I turned it and turned it back on no change. Any one have an idea as to why one works but the other do work?

If your on live and gold (or test period), you will get autogrant except for TS to like 115...

It's supposed to execute/trigger when you earn an AA, and are over your banked amount. Works like clock work for me. My only gripe is that when I burn a glyph, I want to buy a new glyph asap, especially important when at max AA, with 250 banked, and about to finish a group mission.

Might wanna lower the bank to around 150 while you're still levelling their AAs, some of the LS missions with lesson running can reward 70+ AA's . A quick burn team can down both missions with half a lesson left to spare

I stopped doing lists given how quick they come. The rules are the same for all classes though outside of core ability such haze and gather mana for enchanter you want to max the passive damage/heal spells then class then focuses then back to two.

Much easier to do that than build lists every time. Least for me.

Many_welps is correct, it will buy without care, following whats set in the config. However, its not a use *name your AA* tool.

Is it possible to have it skip the Mythic Glyph AAs maybe in the .ini?

you would either a: have to go into the server_toonname.ini under these headers and delete them all

or the more extreme and delete the server_toonname.ini files (but that also does things like nuke your mq2rez settings)

On a max AA toon; My ambition would be to buy a replacement Glyph as soon (or near soon as) as my CWTN makes toon uses one.. ideally multiple times during a night of raiding. I cannot get it to happen automagically. I have tried multiple different settings; auto on w/ brute off and spend order with special(4) first and AA listed in list section for auto list and bank set at 45 (even tried bank at 100 & 150 & 200)= nope. same settings w/ brute on and auto off = nope. none of these purchase it even though it is the only AA that can be purchased and yes, having enough AA banked to purchase.. the only way I can purchase it utilizing this plugin is with the /aaspend brute now (/aaspend auto now doesn't work). Not quite automagic, and ok-ish for tank/driver, but not great for rest of group.


Note, I have had no other issues with this plugin spending AAs on toons not in this maxAA/ want to use glyphs situation. /shrug

Also, YES to the simple stuff, like did I save? did I load newest edit? edit in mqwind, edit in ini, stuff?? Yes.

have you turned debugging and seen what it reported?

you should be able to just use brute with a low bank. just tested it and worked as expected (not in raid right this second, but functionality is the same.

can you /aaspend status and snip the output (which reminds me to submit my gui update)

can you also ensure you're showing xp messages

the way autospend works is checking ("you have gained" + "ability point" + "you now have") OR "You have reached the AA point cap" - I haven't bothered to check in a long time, but if there's some reason you don't see that, then you wouldn't send as AAspend only spends when your xp updates --- so if you're doing a fight with no xp being given (like no adds dying) then you wouldn't until the fight was over.

you could use a LEM in that case and check if you don't have the glyph, but have enough aa points to purchase for you
