Is there a way to configure rgmercs Lua to allow freedom of movement for manual pulling, but then return to camp when something shows up on the hate list?

No, you would have to nav to the camp yourself and/or change settings back to automatic (which may or may not nav back to camp for you). You could make a hotbutton to more or less do that.

Edit: you could certainly write a script to automate those changes based on your xtargets, or use something like LEM to help write it!

I have two hot button:

/rgl togglepause (allows you control of the toon)

/nav ID ${Spawn[one of the group member names you left at camp].ID}

So you can pause, wander around looking for something, when you find/aggro something nav back to camp/group.

I tend to do a little positioning before unpausing.

That may work for you. Especially if you happen to need to for example pull the mob away from others before pathing back.

I am currently using an SK, and using hate's attraction to split, then mem wipe FD, stand and finish pulling.

Should also mention you have the option on the pull window to "pull this target".

In other words pull up the map, right click on X mob to target, then click "pull this target " to have RGMercs path to target, aggro, and run back.

I am.sure there is line code to make a hotbutton for it, I have been using the UI button when I want to selectively auto pull.

At work, so I may have the exact wording wrong of the button.

Indeed, it is aptly translated to CLI with /rgl pulltarget
