Question - Question about manual pulling range?

I'm trying to pull manually, but instead of allowing me to run back to camp the tank charges the mob.
I have camp radius set to 10 is there anything else I can change that will prevent the tank from charging the mob?

I generally pause my puller, go do the pull, and unpause as mobe enters camp. Easy if you keep the mini ui up on screen.
