sorry you're having issues - the good news is they're easily fixed

just as a "fyi" please:

1 - don't post screenshots the size of billboards, resize it or something (i went ahead and snipped it and resized it for you so people can see what you're showing)
2 - please make sure to double-check before posting things that a quick search would answer you
3 - an error message usually has good information in it, in this case, it is telling you that MQ is newer than EQ, which means either a: that you didn't patch EQ, or b: you're trying to use the wrong version - like test for live or vice versa
