Question - LUA: Lesson Of The Devoted? (4 Viewers)

Hi!

I'm a new user at Lua-stuff.

I've been scouting around for the option to use the ''Lesson Of The Devoted''.

Where or how do I set that one up so my toons use that ability asap its ready?

Edit* I just saw you have this under RGmercs.

You would want something like this added

I just hit a macro key, if you have a hot key made it gives a count down time of when it's ready.

If you want this scripted, write a script do do it, you could use a LEM as well I suppose.
Mercs doesn't support using Lesson automatically.

Edit: You could use a small user module for this, but I see zero reason why this would need to be done in the mercs script; as you don't need access to any mercs internal state/etc...

Check out this user module, use lesson. for use with modules in rgmercs. Copy this into your C:\MQNext\config\rgmercs\modules\auto_lesson.Lua folder and reload.

I appreciate you providing this, but why would you want to be executing this in the mercs thread? I dont see any code that requires it. You aren't using rgmercs helpers, you aren't using rgmercs state. Seems like a standalone script with extra steps.

I shared it as a user module because the question was about RGMercs, and that gives its users a straightforward way to set it up. I agree the Lesson check could also run standalone.
