I was wondering , other than doing missions and quests. Just going old school experience grinding, it is very long and slow leveling 112 and above. The experience is like 0.035 or something like per kill. Is there any tips, tricks or advise in making this process go reasonably faster.

Besides the Fellowship experience

Besides the missions, progression quests in the level increase xpacs, and/or fellowship...??? Grinding it out is going to be a chore no matter which way you slice it. I tend to pick up all the merc tasks in a zone, then work on hunters in that zone while grinding. So instead of just killing mobs in the same location for hours, I pick up merc tasks which are typically kill quests anyways, then pick a named camp and go start grinding there until I get the named kill. Then just keep moving around camp to camp until the hunter is done for that zone. Then I move on to the next zone and repeat. Usually, by the time I finish hunter, the merc tasks are done as well and I've gotten a solid chunk of xp.

TLDR - If I know I'm gonna grind I try to grind with a purpose beyond just killing, whole 2 birds 1 stone sort of thing.

Tips to make it go faster; like 1 cool trick? Grind at named camps where you need gear. Start at the camps that benefit the tank, then the one(s) that benefit most characters in your group. I pull, get the fight started, and read on my second screen. At 112, fights are probably going to take you ~60s, so you can get a lot of reading or Youtube videos in.

Don't you have to be kinda at the top of all the quests? I have a level 111 Bst and he is only getting .23 or maybe on a good one .87 on a 24 hour one. But my level 120 guys get a little over 1%.
@ .035%/kill, that's 2,858 kills/lvl. If kills are ~60s (best guess from recent experience), that would be about 6 & a half minutes, ignoring pull time, for .23%.

At least you don't have to stop killing to get that exp.

Also, just. a word of advice from someone who has done this recently with a whole new crew. Don't just try and go straight to 120 make sure you are getting gear, augs, and AAs along the way. It does you no good to hit 120 and not have them. Because then you will be coming back asking why your DPS is low and stuff is dropping your tank in 3 hits. EQ is progressive it's not just about getting levels your meant to progress everything up on your toons at an even level. Trust me I learned this the hard way. Once you have an established core group then you can start PL'ing up others and progression start to snowball from there. It's getting the first core group to par that takes a while. It's taken me about 6 months to get an entirely fresh group up to max level Max AA and correct Gaer for the content. I still have a few items I want to complete before I tackle NoS content but i'm almost there.

Using XP potion then Overseer. I think ToV and Lucline expansion for mission gives a lot of XP. Then quest in ToV and Luxline give a lot of XP.

I’m a fan of grabbing a restless assault mission in Great divide to grind in and letting my 115s loose while I watch tv or play with the kids ect. If you have an enchanter you should be safe at 112!
