Test was patched today, please run update.exe in about ~30 minutes when I have the new compile ready.

The server does not need to go down and be patched to turn on or off content such as the anniversary stuff. This was a regular server patch. Nothing really noteworthy in the patch notes.

Test does anniv stuff ahead of live by a week or two.. All anniv stuff was already active on test. As gSe7eN mentioned, this is just the monthly patch update..

- New Plugin! MQ2ShellCmd (Knightly) Allows you to issue a shell command from within EQ. The process that is spawned
is independent and will run even after EQ closes. This plugin can be used within other plugins and macros.
- MQ2FeedMe (ChatWithThisName) Added several commands for autofeed & autodrink, fixed issue so bards can eat too.
- MQ2DPSAdv (ChatWithThisName) All names can be anonymized in the DPSAdv window, handy for streaming.
