in the top-right of this thread you can "watch" and get notified when its updated and ready to go

nah not necessarily.I'm curious about something.. they said in the test patch notes that it was being synced up with live.. so with all the changes that eqmule is running into, are these a bunch of ninja-changes etc that they decided not to post?
I'm always nervous when they start getting heavy with changes, they tend to inadvertently break other stuff, causing chain-grief for us all.. and subsequently more work for eqmule and you guys!![]()
nah not necessarily.
i definitely don't think its anything to panic about - its just "one of those things" that happens infrequently

I think this last part of the official post explains the complications. Additional code upgrades but it doesn’t specify what.

I should pop on and runt my shammy around to get his epic but guess what. I don’t know how to play a shaman lol. I’m too spoiled from MQ2Shaman.I will say it’s funny how quickly VV becomes a must have. 2-3 weeks ago I was running ISB for my 6box and just fine. Now VV is down and I’m mostly taking it as time for a break and to work on epics for the ne groups I started up. Knocked out bard yesterday, cleric should be done shortly and if it’s not fixed I’ll probably do all of shaman tomorrow.
I can still play without it but I find the loss of QoL items like nav/follow and a few just hugely annoying and after such a short time.

I figure at 115 I can blitz him through everything and just let the pet kill. But.... tradeskills.10/10 you can "not know how to play a shaman" even better with epic

Yeah my bard is my main. I go nowhere without him.Simple solution is to just have him follow your tank around. Or honestly better yet a bard if you have it. The content is so old you just melee stuff and have shaman follow. He doesn’t have to do anything but loot.

I was loading up the shaman and pulled up the 1.5 pre-quest on alla. Well the preq-uest needs you to do a chunk of the original epic so I load up that page and there was like, a lot of stuff so I just closed my web browser and shut down EQ lol.10/10 you can "not know how to play a shaman" even better with epic

- MQ2AFNuke (jimbob) Druid - Added some more DoT support (still have a bunch to add). Added AE spells and support (still have a bunch to add). Added spell Twincast. Magician - Added a ton of spells for lower levels. Enchanter - Added item clicky support that was missing. Added item clicky to GCD. Wizard - Fixed global cooldown AA Nukes and item clickies. Removed some refactored code that was commented out.
- MQ2Heals (jimbob) Changed some settings for rez support. It probably...
I'm getting an error with redguides MQ2 VV when loading up on the test server. It shows this error in a popup along with a few more similar DLL errors (mq2exchange, etc). I was able to get past these errors and get into the game and see the map and nav, etc. unfortunately, I wasn't able to load a macro successfully. Here is a screenshot of the error. Btw, thanks for working so hard on this. IRedbot updated Very Vanilla MQ2 (Test server) with a new update entry:

I just tried loading it up.. downloaded the test compile, and made sure running most recent test patch on EQ, this is what I got (using autologin to log one of my existing profiles):

Hit ok on that, and then manually signed in a toon, next window to pop up (prior to character select), followed by same thing for mq2cast.dll, eqbc, exchange, melee, moveutils, and rez dll's. Once ingame, on my bard, twist plugin failed as well

The plugins that loaded and made it through were:
mq2targetinfo, mq2portalsetter, mq2nav, mq2map, mq2itemdisplay, mq2eqbugfix, mq2easyfind, mq2chatwnd, mq2autologin, mq2ic.
I was able to test successfully that targetinfo, nav, map, itemdisplay, easyfind all worked..
autologin definitely did not work though..
Then it crashed on me when i did a /loadskin default as my mq window 'seemed' to had frozen up. .
Let me know if theres anything you want to test / try
have you switched to the test build in your rg vv?
click the drop down box where it says live and switch it to test, and then in settings set a folder to install test to, cant be the same as live.
Hi Guys - thanks for replying. I did switch it on RG installer yeah and deleted the live folder to make sure no clashes but seems alot of the MQ2 plugins cant be found or it says out of date with main MQ2 but ive updated everything i can find ?
/mqchat reset = Not a valid command when entered into in game dialog./mqchat reset
