Does anyone happen to know with what frequency the mob types in Laurion's Inn change? For example, every hour on the hour, every 24 hours game time, etc?

On the hour if I recall.

I only camped it one day, but on that day I saw it reset every two hours on the top of the hour. Even numbered hours MT.

When I did hunter there it was every two hours approximately.

/uptime
look for zone uptime, then you know how many minutes are left, changes every hour
the 2 hour changes were/is a bug

Ive also been in the zone where it "changed" and the mobs stayed where they were. Had this happen three times I can think of.

There's also an emote.
I added myself an old-school EQ Audio Trigger. This gives me a heads up and reminder to look at named respawns.

The change emote "a wave of change" happens on the hour. I timed the emotes tonight.

However, as someone noted, the actual switch does not always happen. It will emote but still stay with the old mobs. I dont know if this a feature or a bug.

It seems to be every hour, from time instance started. It does not always change, but it might.
