KissAssist Release KissAssist.mac v4.5.4 Updated 06/28/2012

When hunting it will occasionally go into a loop:

PULLING > A Dog< ID 111111 Distance 46 feet
Looking for Close Range Mob
PULLING > A Cat< ID 22222 Distance 166 feet

And spin around in a jerky fashion facing each one than going to the next and back. It does not attack either.

I'll do some some testing this weekend. I'll be releasing a new kiss version in a week or so.

Is there a way to PAUSE kissassist then UN-PAUSE is real quick? When i'm 4 boxing on 1 PC restarting the mac takes a few seconds to get going on all 4 boxes.

Here is an ancient MQ2 secret. Make the following 2 hot keys. You will wonder how you ever played with out them.

Name: End
Line 1: /end

Name: Pause
Line 1: /mqp

Maskoi or anyone else. How could I add to the kissassist mac for my Mage to cast Mod Rods for me, and then to use them, and keep this cycle running when my mage has used them up? Is that even possible?

I think

Oh dang it took me a bit to find this lol, I checked the plugin section first. I mean they are using Imitate death which gives you perma invis till you zone. I also don't know why the iksar pulls but I always have problems with bst and human monk. Heck i think i even have problems with the iksar but he's better geared than the human so he probably just kills the mobs then resumes pulling but the human is weak. I tested it on another iksar monk of my friends and their monk also has problems, they all seem to pull fine for like 4 pulls then they run out, agro a mob and stand there. The monks will imitate death though and then just stop for good, no matter what I try to set in the ini or melee settings. Is there any way to fix them to just keep pulling even if they had to FD or ID? I couldn't find a setting for imitate death so not sure why they are even using it.

This is an issue with Drunken Monkey disc I will release the fix in the new version in the next few days.

I have a bug on my ranger. If I have him sit back and just use autofire on mobs from a distance, if he heals someone he will stop autofiring until the next mob is pulled. He will just sit there and cast spells and not engage with melee (to far away), or autofire. Is there a way to get him to start autofiring again?

around line 600 ish in the Combat sub find these lines
Rich (BB code):
                       /if (${StickHow.NotEqual[0]} && !${Stick.Active} && ${Target.Distance}>15) /stick ${StickHow} id ${MyTargetID}
                             }
                             /if (${Spawn[${MyTargetID}].Type.Equal[Corpse]} || !${Spawn[${MyTargetID}].ID}) {
Insert the code in Bold Red
Rich (BB code):
                    /if (${StickHow.NotEqual[0]} && !${Stick.Active} && ${Target.Distance}>15) /stick ${StickHow} id ${MyTargetID}
                }
                /if (${CombatStart} && ${AutoFireOn} && !${Me.AutoFire}) {
                    /autofire
                    /delay 20 ${Me.AutoFire}
                }
                /if (${Spawn[${MyTargetID}].Type.Equal[Corpse]} || !${Spawn[${MyTargetID}].ID}) {

Maskoi,

I am running multiple melee toons, I was curious if there was a way to set one or two of them to attack from the side of the mob, or anything other then the rear. I try to be as inconspicuous as i can. And having 3 characters do the big circle to the rear of the mob just looks very "bottish" to me. The only character i care about actually getting to the rear would be the rogue, the other 2 melee doesnt matter to me which part of the mob they hit. Sides preferred but if they have to take the front of the mob so be it.

you can try /stick [pin] or /stick [!front] on the toons or in the ini you will see a line
Rich (BB code):
StickHow=
you can do
Rich (BB code):
StickHow=pin
or
Rich (BB code):
StickHow=!front
I think

Thanks Teichou, I did do a google search and found those commands but when i tried them in my ini they didn't work, so i wasn't sure if the ini commands were different or not.
I saw the pin command in one place but another one had it listed as [pin] so i wasnt sure. I am just being overly cautious, since getting Kiss my characters have started makin real progress in leveling and i am starting to enter some more populated zones and camps and just want to minimize any possible attention to myself.

my monk is set to
Rich (BB code):
StickHow=snaproll
and my sk who is the tank is
Rich (BB code):
StickHow=pin
how the ini reads the cmds is not how the plugin sees them...any ways try that see if it works...if it does not let us know and Maskoi might have a better idea of how to make it do what you want.

also the /stick [pin] and /stick [!front] commands are for MQ2MoveUtils plugin its self not kissassist...kissassist uses that plugin to move you around thats why I said you can try those cmds in game and see if it works tho it may very well not work at all haha

Ok, i logged on for a few minutes last night after work and school i changed my berserker and bard INI to stickhow=!front and both of them still do the big circle and go to the rear of the mob. i did not try to use the command in game as i have not figured that out yet, i am still learning to adjust and tweak the INI file.

if i want to try the in game command, do i just type /stick[pin] or /stick[!front] in the MQ window on each characters screen to see if that works?

no brackets [] its just

Rich (BB code):
/stick pin
/stick !front

That fixed mine aswell. Thanks Maskoi

changing loot.ini to version 0 that is

How do you add a toon to a trusted list if he is not in group so that other toons don't detect him as an alien character and pause kissassist? I thought I read that you could somewhere, but can't find it now.

Thanks.

I am trying to talk him into adding it...so i am sure we will have a update for it some time soonish

I made kiiss never to use any toon name in chat, ini file or what ever for maximum safety.

I am looking at some plugins we have laying around that might be able to accomplish this.

Ok, i am feeling semi retarded here. I have my berserker ini to stickhow=!front and when i load up eq/mq in the MQ window i type /stick !front. No matter what when my tank engages and the berserker assists, he will do the big semi circle to the rear of the mob.

ya i have used that one, it doesnt stop them from doing the big semi circle to get to the rear of the mob to start with. Thats the part i am trying to avoid, with 3 melee toons doing that semi circle to me it just screams "hack" attention i am trying to avoid.

Try this
Rich (BB code):
 /stick set delaystrafe on
then see if the toons are still circling
StickHow=pin may work too

I would say that Teichou has a good idea... I have a few people who know I use MQ2 but dont use it themselves that I consider trustworthy. You could incorporate this into say kissassist_info.ini under [Trustworthy]. The math and programming get a bit more complex if you do it that way but it might be worth it... In fact I think i might update AHTools with that in the near future.

Re: What did you do in MQ2 today?

is kissassist pretty good for running melee dps classes?
