Question - Is it possible for KA to rez a dead merc?

Occasionally my bard is slow to mez and one of my mercs die... Is it possible for KA to revive the dead merc?

I'd suggest ditching the mercs for FTP account chars. I know that's not what you are asking, but this is an improvement suggestion for you to consider otherwise.

Yeah, i have a full box (3 stuck at 115) and really dont want to pay $40 per character for each expansion plus numerous kronos to AA each of them up. I could really just go with the 3 I have and find three other players but the mercs work fine. It would go a lot faster with a full box but I can pretty do any camp solo now with just the other two.

Yeah, could do that. But I do like the economy of live. Being able to tradeskill and make play for krono. As well as everything time holding some value.
