Question - Inventory has red highlights over some slots

I noticed my inventory has red highlights over some of the bags and slots. Id like to ensure this is normal, and Im not doing something wrong with my configuration.

Im very anxious in using this program. Its my first few days.

Its the new locked inventory slot from eq, just hold shift and right click it to unlock.

This is correct, you "locked" an item in place.

Thanks folks! I will say, Im still a bit concerned. Im seeing a red highlight on things like backpack, empty, not locked. Im not sure if this is normal?
I've made sure to shift click to ensure they are not "locked items"

It is only like this only when i log in with MQ running. If i log in normally these things are not highlighted this way.

The third pic you can see a newly made character and the bag is red while the guild summons is purple?

I'm only curious about this, and not trying to cause any problems/spam. Thank you for understanding.

Also, thank you for the warm welcomes! I am here to just find some QoL features, and am not the type to AFK / Attempt to farm Krono or create groups for PL'nig others, etc. Nothing that would upset other players or those running the game.
