Question - I want my toons to sit between pulls.. it this the correct kiss setup?

I don't think there is a setting for sitting while out of combat. If your goal is to sit between mobs to med faster, you can set MedStart higher, like around 90, and set MedCombat=0 as you have. This will have the effect that your toons will not med through mobs, but will sit to med when mana is at or below 90.

what dropped mounts are there in game anyone? relativly easy to obtain ones?

In the Bazar go to the stables and buy a horse. there are a few mobs that drop bridles, but I don't remember whom they are.

There is a trick to getting the drogmor drum from the casino. Basically if you have everything else that the golden ticket can reward you in your inventory, then the next two tickets either give you the DE mask or the drum. It's the seru speed giant glowing drum. As soon as I find the trick, I'll post it here.

Otherwise you can buy a mount as was said, or you could see if anyone on your server sells the LoN mounts.

the trick with the golden tickets works well, I got the DE mask that i wanted and i believe the mount as well. I just borough from a friend the other stuff and kept in my inventory.

Then just set MedStart=90. your toon will sit and med when mana and/or endurance is below 90% and no mobs in camp.
