limiting only one download per person isn't a very good solution, it causes problems for the legitimate customers that once they have it on their system can copy it using one command or a simple right click copy and paste.

Good lesson to remember that is no serverside security is worth having if once it leaves the server the server still does not maintain the security on whatever it is it was maintaining earlier.

To answer the question: Monking is not nerfed. Unfortunately, the measures that we used to use to hide ourselves, and the the things that we use to make monk possible, now expose us even further to being banned.
