IRL - Hotkeys/Mouse Macros for Teek

Hi all,

I am a returning player and am considering two boxing (two computers, two accounts.)

Is there a good resource to look up how to hotkey things? Hitting one key to target/heal or target/assist etc. I know it can be done off the actions bar in game and I have done macros from a razer mouse.
