Problem - Hitching on one toon only

Hello folks !
I run a 5 box set PAL, CLR, BRD, ZRK, SHM. Problem is, when i try to run the shaman on my desktop, he hitches badly. It dosent matter what order i load him in. I have also tried deleting his kissassist, and shambot .ini files, making new ones, trying each, and it makes no difference. My desktop is running win10 and my laptop runs win7. I have no problems with the other toons.
Anyone had this issue in the past ? any ideas ?

Can you tell us a bit more about what you've tried and what you mean by hitching? Also include the shaman ini you're using, via the "code" tag option if possible.

Does the shaman have the same hitch if you load it on laptop? Does it hitch if you load only the shaman, no other toons, on your desktop? Does the hitch appear before you start KissAssist? Did this start after a recent MQ2 update, EQ patch or change to your ini file?

you have a call to something out of place, a holy or buff or clicky being called that is no longer valid so it is trying to perform a task that is no longer!

Try using one of my shaman INI files the work well

make sure you set your group roles correctly too, and target your Main Tank or Main Assist when running kissassist..what command do you execute when trying to run the .ini file? make sure you have full stacks of components for spells too....
