Question - Help noobie here

So i downloaded software extracted into folders seem to have the program working however I have a MQ window up along with each command and line item of the script showing me what its doing and when its doing it which is great. But what Command do I type when i want to mess around with settings or change options?
I am running Sk/Shaman Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You didn't say, nor post in the correct location, but based on download/purchase that is what I guess.
