What are you looking to do? Plan to run a team? Quest help? Tradeskill?

Tradeskills? The part of the game we all love to hate!!

You want to get started by doing the free quests. This will get your skill up to 51. They are offered in AB Sea or Crescent Reach. You cannot do these if you are over 51 skill in the tradeskill. This is the baking one for example in AB sea: https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2879

There is a "tool" to use if you want to dive into that but these are so easy to just do manually. If you want to explore the "tool" look up Tradeskill Construction Set Next by jb321

Once you have done those then go get your trophy via this, it is easiest to get these the beginner level.

Welcome. there are a ton of videos and pinned tutorials depending on which system you want to run. Dont be afraid to ask questions. I had no prior program knowledge either and picked up everything pretty quick.

I aM CURRENTLY BETWEEN 300 and 310 on all skills . I am struggling to get to 350. Memory is an issue for me.
 
This is a great help for that range. It's an Ecxcel spreadsheet, but works fine in Apache open office as well. You do an /output file tradeskills, and paste the resulting text into a column, and it will mark off all the recipes you already know, as well as show the ones you have left to go in each tradeskill.

Welcome aboard. The journey is made fun with the help of the folks here at RedGuides and the assisted game play they've made available. It's a very helpful and welcoming group of folks that like to have fun. It's really increased my enjoyment of the game. Not having to continually mash buttons is wonderful. RG makes the game so much more. As you take the months to get used to whatever version of RG you decide to use (RG Mercs Lua, KissAssist, or the Class specific plugins (paid per year)), you'll enjoy the game more and more. It really does take alot of the tedious out of the game.

A few tidbits:
1 - The Ice Encrusted (level 110+), Blood-Soaked (level 115+), Memoryforged Desolation (120+) chase loot items, and Ancient Cloak of Flames (and other chase loot items) can be made tradable again by placing the item into an Urthron's Ultimate Unattuner bought from the Alerynril the Loyal (loyalty vendor) or a mysterious presence (overseer merchant) in Plane of Knowledge. Trade them among your toons for the upgraded AA click, and when/if you outgrow them, resell them.
2 - Overseer Collection Item Dispenser reward from Diplomacy, Trade, and Exploration quests can be used to make No Trade collection items up to Terror of Luclin. The No Trade collection items are Heirloom and can be traded on the same account. You can also put the No Trade collection items in an Urthron's Ultimate Unattuner to make it tradable to anyone. Nice if you are missing one collection item from a set to help complete it.

Something you'll read and hear is to start small and grow into it. I tried jumping into the deep and almost drowned. Was too much for me. I waddled my way back to the shallow end and into the kiddie pool. MUCH better for me. Your mileage may very.

It may cost a bit, but the TS Construction set Lua is worth every penny I spent on it. I was able to max out my Artisan's prize on 6 toons with it. It will help show you what you still need to get, and which zones are likely to be where you need to farm it. However, there are still errors in it because of how much there is involved so also feel free to double check and post if you find any. Also welcome =)! The link posted by Sdeqguy24 is what your looking for.
