Hey everyone!!!

i could really use some help finding a new place to kill, currently my group is sitting in the grounds, getting very very little xp.... here is my group make-up (i know not optimal) but all things i really like :-)

everything in the grounds is turning light blue, and while its "OK" for if im gone or when im sleeping for suuuuuuper safe xp.... its suuuper slow now, would love to find a place with level 93-95 mobs....

All help would be amazing, + points if you have a pic of where i should kill ++ if you leave a how to get there +++++++++ plus best friend if you tell me what to set my ignore to ;-)

105 SK (in all BAZ gear 95khp or so)
105 J5 heal merc (in easier places i swap to 92 bot cleric)
92 sham
92 chanter
92 wiz

92 bard

Really man you're probably in the best place right now. It's a tough spot, but you could move to a rain of fear zone and do fine but again you'll run in to a DPS problem. It's going to be slow regardless of where you go.

I would of also suggested Sanctum Somnium or Morrel's Castle but I don't believe you have the dps for that either. If you sit in The Grounds for a week you should get them all to 100, then you can leave 3 of them with mercs in The Grounds and take 2 others with level 100 mercs to Dead Hills.

If it was me, which it has been me multiple times, I would sit in The Grounds for 1-2 weeks and get level 105. I've done it a many of times.

Anyways, can try Shard's Landing.
 
Do you have a good spot in the grounds that you would suggest?i wanna make sure im in the best possible place for when im killing then. if its the best zone for me, then i wanna make sure im nailing it ;-)
 
Depends on the server you're on, if you're on a dead server and can get away with it I would camp the north/west corner where the Heap, Pelias, Treant spawn. This reason is so you can farm big bags. However since you probably don't have the dps for that camp, I would do the Distraught Heap/Agraena camp on the far east wall. I have found Distraught drops big bags fairly often. And you can sell these bags for 100-1mil easily depending on the size.
 
Look up a thread on "get to the Beach" better XP than grounds and its one of the best AFK spots around for your level.
 
There are various zones in HoT to check out if Grounds is not cutting it for ya. Erudin Burning, Alkabor's Nightmare, Morell's Nightmare, or the Sanctum.

And of course you have all of VoA/RoF to hang out in if CotF is a little out of your reach. Entirely depends on what is popular on your server. Beast Domain, Sarith, Valley, City of Bronze, Sepulchers, Eventil, Crystal Caverns, Kael, Grelleth's, Breeding Grounds, Chaperhouse, Chelsith, PoShadow....all have given decent XP in the past.

All have various places with enough close by mobs that make for a decent camp. There are a few guides with pictures already written up for plenty of them. It is more about what your group can handle Vs what is popular on your server... and if you want to collect anything item-wise along the way. Some folks want to gear up as they go, others are content to work with naked toons until X level and then gear up. Which of course changes what your group can and can't handle =)
 
Thanks everyone, i tried to get to the beach, but have no idea where the whirlpool is to take me over to the beach area.... any anyone put an X or something on the map to show me how i get there? i went to a camp with a bunch of bunnies, and something glitched out and made speckles unkillable at 10% wiping my group a few times.... sooooo really would like to get to the beach :-) thanks in advance!!!
 
you run through the first map to the ship, then on the ship you click the steering wheel if I remember correctly. The first map is through the underwater part up to a cave then just keep going 'down' I believe you go 'down' 2 levels.
 
Aspire, can you draw on a map where this spot is for Argath? I never been there. THX
 
could just test areas as well, if you have looked up places and cant find anything good for you on the forums... I look here but I also go test spots to see if its any better..
