Definitely not Red Guides specific, however I've not had any luck summoning the Glacial Slush Water for my Coldain Shawl 2.0. I've used Allah's, Raspers, etc and while they all give the /loc's, I still can't seem to summon any. Was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions?
