Question - Evolving Items

I thought I read it as they are nerfing only lvl 5 of the items and adding level 6 to be equal to what level 5 was before the patch?

lvl 5 still have slot 19 x 2.

The level 5 nerf (not nerd) was actually pretty reasonable. Level 5 is nearly identical to level 4, with the exception that it converts two of the type 18 slots to type 19. I’m very pleased as I was expecting much worse.
