Problem - Error Crashing Windows (EQ Only) (3 Viewers)

I am not using RedGuides or I am using RedGuides, the same thing happens. It only happens when I am playing Everquest when this happens.

I am sitting there playing EQ. multiple toons, and one or more of my screens freeze. Then my fan speed on my GPU speeds up to maximum and then both monitors goes black. After a few mins, the montiors come back on and any sceen that had a Everquest screen running has turned white and "relistFailed" error occurs. If this was happening on anything else that I am doing on my PC, I would not be making this post.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

"relistFailed" and not "ResetDevice Failed"? can you just double check and confirm that.

Also:
Not using fullscreen mode
Not using mixed eq resolutions
Not using diff eq resolutions from desktop
