Ditch IHC for now.
Use kissassist with the dps section turned off on the CLR, WIZ, WIZ, MAG.
/plugin MQ2Heals (on the cleric)
Then do a “/heals on” in game
/plugin MQ2AFNuke (on both wizziee and mage)
Then do a “/nuke on” and a “/nuke resume” ONCE YOURE IN THE INSTANCE
Use IHC or whatever you want for the enchanter.
Run the toons with the warrior.
In the kissassist.ini for all toons, make sure UseMQ2Melee=0 (turned off)
You can now send /switchnow commands to the toons via EQBC or DanNet to swap targets. Using kiss with melee turned off they won’t swap back.
I was wondering why mq2cast never showed up when I typed /plugin list to troubleshoot this issue. I guess I'll run Kiss first, type /plugin mq2cast next then /nuke on or /heals on for each character in that order?shit... sorry man, i forgot about that.
On those toons, do this:
/plugin mq2cast
kissassist unloads mq2cast, but mq2afnuke (and maybe mq2heals) needs it. You can just manually start it up and it'll work fine after that.
I'm able to get to the beginning of wave 4 after making these changes. Everyone seems to get aggro instead of just the tank and NPC's no matter where I position them during the wave with the veterans. A few seconds after the soulfeasters and chokidai shows up everyone but the warrior gets killed and it's game over.
Think I'm done after 2 more hours of fail. Last attempt warrior died towards end of veteran wave. Once soulfeasters and chokidai showed up my cleric and enchanter got blasted from the safe waypoint I setup at the beginning and died before I did the "move to me" command.
Before ? No, there is a message e.g The fireball ascends to its apex (raid version, think group is the same)I thought using the shield before wave 4
My biggest issue is that the idiots aren't assisting and are doing their own thing. I specifically unload mq2berzerker and mq2rogue and am trying just KA and still getting stupid as a result. Tried two new ini files and the rogue doesn't attack at all, the zerker and BL both have a mind of their own and do their own thing. Both of them are moving before I even target a mob. For some reason the zerker targets Lcea and sits there doing flips around her, I assume he's attacking but she's not attackable by players.
I finished off a second cleric specifically for this event, worked it through eok, and still nothing but stupid.
Two weeks ago I was at the point of just canceling my accounts, but then I thought hey I'll finish off the other cleric and run him through EoK. That should solve the problem. Now I'm thinking that cancelling is the better option.

Keep at it, it is hitting your head against a wall till it doesn't hurt anymore. If you get lucky something clicks and you go oh but this is easy.

Sum1 I'm going to have to disagree with you on promised heals being too slow. If your cleric has maxed the aa for it then just having the buff on will heal you for 10k for every hit over 15k so it's more of a benefit to never let it fulminate the heal.
If you're playing the cleric, I would certainly agree with you. I'm skeptical that kissassist and MQ2Heals, however, account for that in their logic. I've seen too many times where a promised lands and then the cleric goes on a sabbatical. Also, in EoE, most of the damage incurred by the casters is coming from AEs, which doesn't receive the benefit from the Promised buff, you describe. In EoE you want your cleric using fast individual heals on the tank (and anyone else who gets uber low on hps) and A LOT of group heals.
