For the audio setting, IsBoxer and autologin have code to virtualize your eqclient.ini file so you can use different ones for different groups.

Barring that, the old school way to do it was have multiple EQ directories which would allow you to change settings on one "instance" without impacting others.

Awesome! I plan to keep updating it as I go. I already have a few notes in my notebook. Any recommended way to keep folks notified of updates (besides putting a change log at the top)?
 
Dude this is great! Definitely should be helpful for the new folks! I figured a lot of this stuff out on my own or read it after searching the forums. Nice to have it all in one place. If you need some plat on test, send me a PM with one of your character names and I’d be happy to send you some. I also have a lot of big bags I could parcel you to help hold loot and such across your crew!

Thanks! I may ping you on the packs. That's one area I wish the Baz on test would work out better.
 
Updated the guide with a few more levels and some fellowship information today. A few future things I have planned involve:

- Writing up my experiences with mq2autoforage and mq2autoloot
- Get some personally beneficial travel hotkeys/in-game macros configured
- Flesh out some ini suggestions with what I've found works well up to this point
