I'm fairly new to MQ so just wondering do we not get an updated version until he gets 25 donations?

IME - it just depends; and I don't believe that meter on pg 1 is updated in real time because it's been at the same # since 4 other people have posted (since I started looking today at least).

Just depends on the motivation received and how many changes occurred with the patch. That's my understanding at least.
 
It would just be compiled sooner. People need to kick down a few bucks. It isn't that big of a deal to donate so we all get it sooner. Way more that 25 use it. It should be easy to get that number. So stop waiting for others to pay for you an help the cause. Don't forget to thank those that do donate.
 
Well... Uhm it does update in real time but only for donations grater than or equal to 10 bucks I used to have it at 1$ but seriously people was just doing that to get it to 25 and uhm lol well 25 bucks for all the work it takes to get everything working, I thought that it was reasonable to up it...

Anyway there is a lot more going on for me than updating mq2 on patchdays anyone that reads changes.txt will see that I spend almost every day working on it.

And about the donometer, well I don't take it too seriously sometimes people email me TBM codes or parcel a Krono or two so it depends on how much work has been done but anyone in my position that basically provides everyone on all sites including RG with a working compile would wait a little bit to at least get a few bucks in before they would release.
I have released before servers where even back up many times, but I never got anything back from doing that so it seemed like waiting was the way to go, maybe I'm a jerk, I probably am...
I can say one thing though and this changes every patch, but for today, if that donometer was filled at 2pm there would be a zip out at 2:01pm ;)

Was in a better spot to pay it forward this month and give a little more this time for a program that I've learned to love (and hate =P ) so much!

Patch coming next week lets start the donations so we can get a patch release on that day first thing. Wednesday is my play day. I will be sending my thanks first thing in the morning

I have donated a few times but damn, I got a 5month old kid lol and that formula shit is expensive! I can't contribute every patch... if I could I would.
