Question - Does anyone use a 2H on their 125 Warrior?

in the group game I dual wield all the time. Don't raid with a war, so can't give advice there.

I guess im going by raid geared War's and was assuming that would go for group gear as well. As for 2HP, 2HB , or 2HS i don't think there is a wrong answer seeing there all so close. The 2HB would likely be the best to use if you wanted to use it when your tanking seeing it has a slower delay giving you lest repost DMG. In current and for the last few expacs you want to keep agro so DPS can do there thing without getting ate. We have a war in my guild that only uses a shield and can not hold agro for crap and complains that its the DPS fault. DPS needs to stop attacking when they get high on the agro meter. Any Raid guild will say that is 100% wrong but he is stuck in his ways. We dont have him tank much lol. As of right now what's best for a war is get your HDex to 4000 and tank in Duel.

Warriors using Rampage will want the 2HB for the biggest hits since rampage does not consider delay, only the damage stat. If one wanted to bando swap between 2H weapons for w/e small gain is to be had with a different ratio weapon, one could try that, but you'd definitely want the 2hb in play when you activate rampage. If one doesn't want to bando swap mid fight every 3 minutes or just wants 1 weapon to use full time, the 2HB is the clear winner.

if you raid and tank with Sword and Board and Wimp Warrior (tm) is complaining about keeping aggro, then the answer is to nut up and dual wield. the hate from those 2 war swords, plus mask plus active threat generation should be more than sufficent.

If the healing team can't keep her stood up, then work on that. Get the MT warrior well geared, and support her with competent consistent healing by SHM + CLR, with other healers having Mr StayPuff on Xtar for easy healing.
If the rest of the raid has poor discpline - HT'ing SKs, monkies and BSTs who can't manage their aggro , then they can pay for their lessons with a dirtnap

2H for burns and rampage hits. Otherwise DW for days. I use swordboard only on really special occasions when mobs hit too hard, which is rare. War is geared at high AC and high HDex FWIW. War puts out most DPS in my group on most fights. Zerker and BST can beat him on bursts but for a fight of any substantial length, war is on top

I don't disagree about the 2HB at all.
