Question - Crystallized Restless Ore

Is there a hotspot to get Crystallized Restless ores outside of the group missions? I would like to gear up my team and finding the ores extremely hard to come by.

open world named are 10%, open world, non animal is 1%. about a year ago was disscused here and on dbg forums, due to the initial high drop rate.

I would personally camp Morwenna in CS.

all the CS named spawn more frequently compared to rest of COV.

I think I was partial to Morwenna because of the Hdex augs. I would kill Pike if he was walking about though
