can a condition be done to make ranger use blusterbolt when 3 or more mobs are there? as in maintain the mob count at 2?
 
Unless you can get the ranger to use it in [Mez], I think it would shoot the tank's target via assist code. With the mem blur and knockback, not sure if tank will follow the mob via target id#. Mez will at least pick a different target, but it will fire it everytime there are 2 mobs.

If you put it in [AE] it would fire anytime there are 3+ targets, just at the current target.

the problem is really that bluster wont punt the mob far enough to lose aggro once mem blur component clears. So no matter what that mob you punted will reaggro. <a new word!
