I took a bit of break, and cant seem to remember my account names, is there a setupfile that lists them someplace in the redguides folder?

Your EQ folder might have them. If you still have RG loaded, you might have set it up in your profiles (and it might auto log you in).
Your EQ folder will have a files per account with character names in it. For example:
redfrog_characters.ini will be redfrog is my sign in (not my password) and in the ini file (open with a text editor or notepad) it will list my 8 characters (or however many you have made on this account, plus the server name).

If you remember the e-mail address you used with your account, you can request the user name directly from the everquest website account login.

Welcome back, Grumm. Getting back up and running can be tough, especially if you took a long break. Hopefully you get it sorted out and back to adventuring!

They (Darkpaw) have it set up so you can try to go thru the automated account recovery or if you can't do that then there is a customer service contact recovery. This is the link and if you don't have the basic info then you can click the link at the bottom that says "that didn't work"

I got 2 accounts but alas going to have to use this for the rest. I have all the character names, but no account names, and the profile folder for red guides is MIA. All good though Thanks guys I'll get it up going again!!

I used the daybreak support ticket to get my account list via the email i had used.
once i got the list i had an issue with the passwords that i couldn't remember, and couldn't reset dew to my 2FA phone number was no longer my number.
went back to daybreak for another ticket with the list that was emailed to me. took 2 times to get all the accounts 2fa removed so i could change passwords, but need to know the answer to the secret question.
when making the ticket list the account names and the phone number that was used for 2fa. from there daybreak will remove 2fa and you can then use the automated system to reset passwords.
If you no longer have the email that was used, you may have to have them change it, but you would have to remember what it was.
if you cant log into any of the accounts you will have to make a new account and use that account to make your ticket.
