There are several shaman INIs focused on healing but I don't see one for damage, where the shaman is not the prime healer. Can anyone point to an ini more geared toward damage than healing? I know shammies got fucked sideways with the Dot nerf but I'm holding out for something. TIA.

Sorry you feel this way Ordell. In my experience people are very helpful here. Discord is also a wonderful place where people are always hanging out and discussing things.
As far as you being ignored, I went back to a few threads of yours and I notice the ones that have little or no replies you don't really give enough information to give you an answer without actual IRL divination skills. Many people here have been around and helping for years, and likely have less desire address super vague posts. As for me, Since I've been back, I've read every thread posted in discord and on the boards every day, but I don't have the skills/ability/knowledge to fix everything and the Dunning-Kruger effect is strong =p
For example you have a post that is titled "Druid, shaman not healing mercs" then the body of that thread is "Title says it all. My druid and shaman are not healing the mercs. Is thre a setting I missed?"
that doesn't give anyone much to work with. Posting which kiss version, providing an .ini, and talking about the circumstances of its usage would be a little better for someone to be able to figure out why you're having issues.
I hope going forward you feel less "ignored" and more of this wonderful community, and I look forward to learning more so I can be more helpful.

Shamans are gonna have a hard time doing damage in most groups, the problem is you gotta consider the groups overall kill time, and with many groups during ROS and EOK killin a mob every 10-20 seconds, that doesnt leave alot of room for shamans to work their DOTs, and their nukes are bit slow and not that high damage.
Where the shaman shines is is the gift and swell department, add in their adps skills, and general buff lineup, you got a very powerfullteam mate
