*** Items ***
- Applied the 6-month loot doubling mechanism to visible armor component drops in Shattering of Ro raid chests.
- Original character models should now display helms and robes more reliably.
- - Fixed an issue preventing custom Velious helms from displaying properly to other players.
- Created a new TSS-restricted Time Locked Progression starter pack for Lethar, available at
https://everquest.com/packs when the server opens.
*** Quests & Events ***
- Ashenback (Raid) - There is now a message when someone fails the Don't Stand in the Fire challenge achievement.
- Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh - Changed the sequence of events with Shmendrik Lavawalker and the Spirit of Flames. The loot in the encounter chain should now be locked to the character that turned in Lord Bergurgle's Crown.
- - Reduced the respawn time of Shmendrik Lavawalker.
*** Spells ***
- All - Fixed an issue where the Gate spell effect could still fail 1% of the time, even with a base affect 1 value of 100.
- All - Fixed a threshold comparison error that could prevent spells with thresholds from applying effects when actual values were very close to the threshold percentages.
- Cleric - Fixed the Holy Remedy, Holy Light, Promised Renewal, and Anticipated Interposition spell liness so that there is no longer a gap where neither the regular nor the bonus heals would land.
- Paladin - Flipped the order of the heals in the Penitence line of self heals so the most common heal is processed first and the least common heal is processed last.
*** NPCs ***
- Loot locked NPCs that spawn another NPC when they die will now pass the loot lock on to the spawned NPC.
- On servers with Encounter Locking enabled, NPCs that spawn with a loot lock will now automatically Encounter Lock to that player. If the player leaves the zone and no other group or raid members are in the zone, both locks are forfeit.
*** Progression Servers ***
- If you have a Contract of the Chosen claim, it is now available when Seeds of Destruction unlocks.
- Resource Hunter
- - Most zones now have a low frequency chance to get a Tribute Usage bonus (when Gates of Discord is unlocked).
- - Zones without rare NPCs should no longer get Rare NPC Spawn bonuses.
- - Lost Dungeons of Norrath mission zones are now eligible for most bonuses, notably excluding NPC spawn bonuses.
- - Coin Drop bonuses are now less frequent in House of Thule and later expansion zones.
- - Several specific zones that did not benefit from Experience and Faction bonuses can no longer get them, while many other zones are now more likely to get these bonuses.
- - Experience and AA Experience bonuses now have a higher frequency than Coin Drop and Rare Spawn bonuses across most zones.
- - Most city zones are now eligible for Skill and Faction bonuses, as well as Tribute Donation bonuses (when Gates of Discord is unlocked).
- - Instanced zones created when requesting a group-based adventure, mission, or quest can now receive the same Resource Hunter bonuses as the base version of the zone. This only applies to instances created after the daily cycle of bonuses occurs, but the bonus will persist until the instance closes.
*** Miscellaneous ***
- Fixed one of the /testcopy error messages that was not properly displaying.
- Fixed an issue with /testcopy that could cause servers to crash.
- The Marketplace no longer requires you to enter a zip code for every purchase.
- Resolved an issue that caused the target ring to disappear in certain situations, such as the Tallongast raid. Additionally, more decals can now be rendered in this and other events that use a significant amount of them.
*** UI ***
- Added an Expansion dropdown to the Find Item and Bazaar Search windows. Note that most items don't have this data yet, so it should be used in conjunction with other item filters.
