Question - anyway to detect if a mob is humanoid or not for headshot?

Is there anyway to determine this? I've noticed some mobs can be headshot that you wouldn't think qualify (larvae in plane of valor for example). Would like to make a holyshit for my ranger to swap to his lowest delay bow if the mob can be headshot.

You can cast the Heartshot line of spells for your level on a mob to see.

Magelo database - if you search an NPC it will tell you the type.

Lucy used to too - but i have not gotten that site to work in ages
