Yes it's worthwhile, if you'll actually use it. No you don't need anything else. Just Jayruk's Vest, the 3 candles, and the faction to be able to hand them in.
If you have a necro you ever play/plan to play, do their faction at the same time. Their Anguish chest is an absolute must have.
