Assuming the War is set as MT/MA, can you post the entire ini (please omit the character name(s))? The aggro section seems fine and since there do not seem to be others posting that KA is having aggro issues, I'm guessing it's with your ini or setup somehow and figured we could start there to try and help!

Was this working prior to today? If so, what has changed?

You may want to turn one of these to 1 so you can see messages depending on which you use (some do both)

TargetSwitchingOn=0
I would change this to 1 assuming your warrior is the MA

Unfortunately, I don't think either will solve the issue you are describing. The EQBC/Dannet being on "may" give you a helpful message. Did you try moving to a lower level zone and testing it there? That would take the zone being an issue out of the equation I would imagine.

Otherwise, it's going to take someone else with more expertise than I to dig into this one.

Made the 2 changes you sugested nothing changed on the aggro side.

Also this issue as been present since level 1 so I did multiple zones. Just very confuse as to why this is happening.
Also the fact that i have the issue with Mual Assist and Kiss assist.

My paladin and rogue are using CWTN plugins and well the agro is not issue with them not sure if they are doing something different.

This is why I was under the impression it might be something on my side that prevent them from seeing agro. But if I do /echo ${Me.PctAggro} I see the actual% that the UI is reflecting. So a bit confuse

If I am reading right, it looks like your War is only level 56. If all your chars are the same level, is there a big discrepancy in weapon power between the tank and DPS?

I know when I was leveling a team of melees with a war tank, it seemed like he struggled up until they all got in the level 70+ range. Once he started getting more tools for generating and holding aggro, he now rarely loses the top spot.

Yeah but he doesnt use the skill as I am looking at his screen all the time. The Taunt skill and the Bellow (provoke before) are never use. If i go over the combat debug never once I see a mention about aggro at all.

Same goes on other toon with the aggro reduction skills.

I also did 99, 90, 75 i tried multiple value.
If i put taunt in the dps section taunt goes off but not realy what I want.
I even tried puting kick in the aggro section and it was never being used either.

@kaen01 can maybe help you, hes a 100lb (50 radios? whatever euro uses) brain on kiss stuff.

Your saying neither firing, however, i wouldnt put it Taunt|100, try 99 (couple years ago was building INI's and was told that 100 isnt commonly used.
I wondered about this as well right after I responded above thinking maybe 99 would be it, but I have always used 100 and it's worked fine. I also see it listed in may other ini's at 100 and assume they work as well.

I just got back to a computer so I am going to fire this up on my system now and take his ini for a spin.

Aggro section is working in the ini below as you can see in tank mode. Granted, it's a 122 warrior in LI but I doubt that would change the use of Taunt/Bellow.

Dumb question, whats your taunt skill on your warrior?

Well since i manualy play him more than half the time it's at 215/230.

But you see you get a taun section to run me it doesnt run and if i look at the debug never once it does the taunt section.

Like the macro just doesnt no run it.

At the end of the day I am more curious as to why this is happening and like i said it happend when I use mule assist and I was using the maui Lua to do the config file as well.

Hehe did so many test and at the end of day I am sure it's just a super stupid thing on my part somewhere.

I also followed the kissassist ressource and downloaded it via the luancher as test.

So I just happened to take a peak at the kissassist.mac file and in AggroCheck which I beleive is the function that would do bo the agro increasing and agro decreasing skills, at the very top I see the following conditional statement (I assume it's ok to post this here):

/if (!${Me.HaveExpansion[Rain of Fear]} || ${Target.Type.Equal[corpse]} || ${Defined[ParseDPS]}) /return

That is before the 1st DEBUG statement that I can see. If you use the MQ console what do you get if you look at what ${Me.HaveExpansion[Rain of Fear]} returns? The only other thing would be the Defined[ParseDPS] (as I would assume it would be easy to rule out you aren't trying to kill a corpse, heh), which looks a bit more convoluted. It didn't look like you had the dps meter turn on in your .ini file, but it also looks like you can turn that on when you start kissassist using the parse option. I'm not sure why turning on parsing would stop the agro stuff, but it seems like it does. So one thing you haven't mentioned is what command you use to start up kissassist on your tank/beserker.

So I had time and was curious myself since I also was thinking my aggro section wasn't working (I manually play my tank but 2 of my dps didn't seem like they were doing stuff to drop agro) but I hadn't tried to turn on debugging or even looked close enough to see that they weren't doing the commands. I play on a TLP that is definitely pre-Rain of Fear unlocked and when I used the macro expression evaluator for ${Bool[!${Me.HaveExpansion[Rain of Fear]}]}, it was evaluating to true. So I'm fairly confident that is why my aggro section isn't doing anything (and very likely yours). It seems like even though the TLP has the agro meter in the UI and it is showing percentages, The expansion check is failing so it's not attempting to do the aggro section. I then tried to log into 1 of the live servers and did the same thing (on a Gold all access account, but I haven't bought an xpac since probably Omens of War...just started up playing again), and the condition still evaluated to true. So I'm not sure what it would take to actually have the condition !${Me.HaveExpansion} return False for me at this point, but it obviously is working for Psy, heh.

is you on a tlp undeadraver, does that tlp have that expansion unlocked? does the ini work on a live normal server and not tlp?

haha it's this simple. Yeah I was on Mischief so no Rain of Fear.

Well that solve the issue.

Now i feel so dumb.

Thanks all
I also play the Mischief TLP and had noticed that it seemed like the aggro section wasn't working, which is why I started looking at this post in the first place. Not sure if you are interested, but if so, I made the following change to the macros/kissassist.mac file (so in notepad just search for "Sub AggroCheck"

Original code:
Sub AggroCheck
/if (!${Me.HaveExpansion[Rain of Fear]} || ${Target.Type.Equal[corpse]} || ${Defined[ParseDPS]}) /return
DEBUGCOMBAT AggroCheck Enter ${MyTargetID}

My change (since I know mischief has the aggro meter)
Sub AggroCheck
DEBUGCOMBAT AggroCheck Enter ${MyTargetID}
/if (${Target.Type.Equal[corpse]} || ${Defined[ParseDPS]}) /return

I moved the 1st DEBUGCOMBAT line in front of the if condition statement. I then also just removed the ${Me.HaveExpansion[Rain of Fear]} part of the if statement. This appears to have resolved the issue for me (I did some testing and verified my bard was now using fading memories when he hit the agro threshhold set in the .ini file). I believe you'd have to re-make the change every time very vanilla updated (unless the kissassist macro changed how they try to determine if this aggro stuff was available).

This has been an issue for awhile now ever since they removed the aggro meter from RoF requirement. I have to edit KA to remove that sub aggrocheck, and it works fine. Just an outdated feature of KA that was never fixed, because TLP was not a supported thing for so long. Remove the sub aggrocheck !${Me.HaveExpansion[Rain of Fear]} from KA and all will work fine.
