Question - adding a item to your kiss

so i tried a couple different ways, looked on the threads ( not to hard lol ) but i cant seem to get my toon to only cast my Guise of the Deceiver once. he just keeps checking. i'm still new to doing this.. what i tried was adding it to the buff spot

Example = Buff6=Guise of the Deceiver
Buff6=Guise of the Deceiver|Duel| Illusion: Dark Elf

Pretty much after the 20 sec it clicks the item again maybe am putting it in the wrong spot not sure. Any help would be great. Thank you and have amazing DAY!!!

should be

Buff6=Guise of the Deceiver|Dual|Illusion: Dark Elf

Yeah, and you check 1000 times and you are so sure you spelled it right
