Anyone know how to make this bugger spawn? I've been killing the zone for a couple days and Ive only gotten 1 spawn. And I have no idea what caused it.

How odd, usually he is up and has to be avoided and is annoying. However there is a bug report from back in Jan this year that someone killed him and 2 weeks later he had still not respawned
Since there have been a few patches since then you could assume that did not fix him spawning. So I guess a zone reset would not help.
I noticed there are 3 named in Alaris who have not respawned since bonus named started last month too.
