Clearly they are doing this on purpose. I'm still running off the previous exe, it didn't require me to patch to connect so maybe very little has changed.

Wish I would have known that, I wouldn't have patched either

I've been gone awhile, but they can patch the exe but if they dont have to recompile it the offsets and structures do not change. There is no way for them to patch a newly compiled exe without bringing the servers down.

Not true...they can push a new exe with no server down time as long as it's not a big server change
