Discussion - 120 mage or 117 Necro in Zlandi group

Who should I bring on the group event Zlandi reborn? Others are 120 SK, 120 Zerk, 120 Shm, 120 Brd, 120 Clr. I've heard Necro's can parse way out there. Is the 3 levels of the mage worth it ? Guildie been trying it for weeks and getting it handed to him. All have CWTN plugins but the class that shall not be named. Could I leave the cleric behind and do both? What say you redguides ?

Drop cleric , bring both dps ! Or if you need more healing keep cleric and drop shaman and add the two
