Pretty sure your Fourth Winds should be Seventh Winds. Same timer and cooldown, larger regen for when you actually use it.

Question-why are you clicking your EoK ultra rares and other clickies in your buff section? I thought they made those effects so once you clicked those items, the effects were permanent, so you dont have to click them but once ever? Am I wrong about that or is there another reason you are clicking them?

They do indeed stay active but (at least visually) they take a buff slot. Its possible some people drop them for raids and want them reactivated for box groups/solo play. I could be talking out of my ass though as I have been gone a while before coming back in late October.

cannonballdex Just wondering in your ini why you have your lizardscale plated girdle clicky on there? I know it provides a haste boost, but i believe bard and chanter buffs will supercede (and surpass) that anyway, in which it wouldn't provide any benefit for you.

Now... if you didn't have a bard or chanter, and were solo'ing, I'd understand why you have it..

Just curious... in case i'm missing something and need to get it outta my bank and dust it off!

Not to mention the XXX Wind series and Hiatus are both not used. This INI isn't at all close to configured properly for a 110 warrior especially a max aa eok raidgeared one.

I read a post on the forums, not sure if its correct or not that some of these permanent buffs can be degraded or disabled then need reactivated.

Yes, but there is an AA to "disable" all your passives that then requires you to re-click... so usually best to hang onto the item in the bank in case you need to redo it (or if something changes in the future)
