Trade / Skill Tradeskill recipes (max out Artisan's Prize) 4.05

Pulling from shared bank now supported.
Default is off (tradesman.ini [setting] SharedBank=0)

Had some weird issues I needed to work around
FindItemBank[<itemid>]
works for normal bank not shared bank. (shared bank always returns 0)
FindItemBank[<itemname>]
returns the ItemSlot 0-23 for normal bank or 0-5 for shared bank (see where this is going? 0 means bagslot 1 but which bank?)
Bowstave / Bow staff usage is inconsistent in EQ's recipe. This is an attempt to work around it.

When automove to container is off it does not detect that it is open in experiment mode.
Had a dev version slipping into release. Removed the extra mqp.
Can now filter by a used ingredient, Only check main combine not subcombines
/mac ts/tradesman research learn "vellum parchment" ingredient

Will try and make recipes that uses a vellum parchment
