Trade / Skill Tradeskill recipes (max out Artisan's Prize) 4.05

Needed quantities were not calculated correctly if you had some ingredients in inventory (lightly tested it may buy more than needed, check your shopping list for absurd numbers and let me know)

Recipes
Research: Yaets (right) -> Yeats
Removes some TLP recipes
Added missing Injection dagger
Added some missing merchants
Saner defaults:
Wait 5s before destroying item
Stop after 30 recipes need farmed items
Do not unload/load mq2tstropy

If you changed defaults it will not be overwritten.

Shoppping list:
Seperate out the subcombine items from the base ingredients, will still be searched for with finditem.
Safeguard on destroy was incorrect
Added Powersources as an extra recipe (cannot learn it, just for making them)
Added needed recipes (learned from books)
Added ap.ini (used with makelist)
e.g
/ts/tradesman ap makelist tailoring
ToV research should stay in ToV and not creep over to use CoV diamonds !

Movement change, nav opendoors will be on while moving, turning it off when at container.
