Velium Long Sword removed from Smithing (not needed for recipe count/ messes up the recipe where same item name - farmed is used)

Seems the 183 poisons that was set to mortar & pestle combine only may be made in poisonmaking tablel.
Messed up the code a bit, fixed.

Merchants have come to an agreement that PoK is the central hub and exotic goods will be sold elsewhere.
(Merchant Woad was trying to influence the council and resisted after Blacksmith Gerta started undressing)

Lucky combines will now be detected.
