List out items to loot and added option to remove an item

A little more functionality added:
  • You can now view all items on the OnlyLoot loot list by using the following command: /onlyloot list
  • You can now remove an item from the loot list by using the following command: /onlyloot removeitem "name of item"

Include Write.lua Dependency

Included the dependency to Knightly's Write.lua

OnlyLoot 1.1

  • Functionality to turn OnlyLoot on/off and keep the script running
    • /onlyloot on
    • /onlyloot off
  • While the script is running/on, Lootly and MQ2AutoLoot will be turned off if they are running to avoid conflicts
  • When the script is stopped/off, Lootly and MQ2AutoLoot will turned on if they were turned off by this script
