- updated several bps for our progressive spell check for double duration
- - some items on allah/eqresource still show incorrectly

- Update our discs if for some reason we were wearing a chest piece and are no longer

- UseSquall had a type, but no member function
- - now you can mq.TLO.CWTN.UseSquall()
- - now you can ${CWTN.UseSquall}

- removed un-memorizable spell from our "do you have this spell memorized" check

- added DecayResist and its usage
