added option to use "Charm", "Charm Command", or "Charm Demand"

- Turning off Serpent of Vindication in addclickies should now have its authoritai respeckted

- We no longer require the buff from "Calculated Insanity" if you don't have that AA to use Spire

- default UseMelee to false

- added the toggle for MezAoE

- Mez Checks will respect if UseMezAoE
- each mez check type will check its respective usemez/usemezaoe setting

- Fixed the two latest spells for Terror, DotDSMitigation, Charm, and Alliance not being found.
